The Design: I designed the Plushamote out of frustration. My family consistently lost our remote (the very one shown in the pictures below!) at what always seemed like the most frustrating times. I set out to design a solution for my family while trying to solve the same problem for others. I learned about every stage of early startup business from negotiating contracts to e-commerce.
